The club is small and friendly and consists of a 30 minute workout on hydraulic equipment which works on push and pull resistance. It combines gentle aerobic activity with muscle toning using all the major muscle groups in the body and regardless of your current fitness levels is designed to give you specific fitness results.
You can book your half hour session - if you have any gym-phobic friends why not book together - or join classes - book ASAP to avoid disappointment.
